BMW N52 engine valve technology structure

The principle and structure of the Valvetronic system is actually more complex compared to others such as Honda AVTEC similar systems. Valvetronic principle to change the valve lift is actually in the valve rocker an additional intermediate shaft, intermediate shaft connected to a computer-controlled stepping motor. The shaft has a semicircular circumferential rotation of the eccentric wheel.
